The lighter and stronger vehicle of our team, YTR05, has reached its targets by improving by fifty percent in the stages where we describe the engineering we have done in the races we participated. The YTR05 was designed and built from scratch in 10 months and participated in the Formula Student Czech, Formula Student East (Hungary) and Formula Student Italy competitions held in July and August 2018. He scored 2nd in the acceleration stage in Italy and 4th among 89 teams in the Czech Republic overall. Designed on the experiences of the previous two vehicles, YTR05 successfully completed all stages in all three competitions by passing the tough technical controls.
